404 Apparel designs and sells custom and pre-designed sportswear. All products are made to order and crafted according to the specifications provided by the customer.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely through PayHere or other approved gateways.

  • For custom designs, once artwork approval is given, production will begin immediately.

3. Production & Delivery

  • Standard production time is 10–20 business days after design approval.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on quantity and customization.

  • Customers will receive updates on order status via email or WhatsApp.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please check sizing, spelling, and design details carefully before confirming your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All 404 Apparel designs, branding, and images remain the property of 404 Apparel.
Custom designs provided by customers remain the customer’s property.

6. Limitation of Liability

404 Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
