Local Delivery (Sri Lanka)

  • Orders are shipped across Sri Lanka via trusted courier services.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after production is completed.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship selected items to international destinations on request.

  • Shipping costs and delivery time vary by country.

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Production Time

  • Standard production time: 10–20 business days after design approval and payment confirmation.

  • Large team orders may take longer; we will notify you of expected completion dates.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Unclaimed packages may return to us, and re-shipping costs will apply.
